Tweaks to trucking

Whilst trucking today some ideas popped in my mind:

1. Free gas for trucking employees: real companies do not let truckers pay for their own gas either, so what about a /fillup option at C stations?
2. Area-oriented deliveries: say for example you engage a C-station in Boabo, all deliveries here only have to be delivered to Broker / Dukes area, the C-station in South-Algonquin only for Algonquin and the one at Bohan should be replaced to Alderney where it should only deliver goods to businesses in Alderney.

We can also make some form of illegal goods to traffick, which can be tracked down by LCPD / FBI / NOOSE.
