About the event

"It's rumored that beggars in East Los Santos don't beg to live anymore. The lone wolfs of daily survival have formed a ghetto in Idlewood. Cillivians living or passing by the area are advised to be careful. The homeless people haven't shown any kind of illegal activity or intent but don't seem friendly to the public eye.
