For the record, I did attempt to get the RS4 server up however as the code was incredibly dated, it requires a lengthy task of updating outdated functions to newer versions, as well as plugins. The code was written for a much older version of SA-MP. I did say it wouldn't be as straight forward, but nobody listened.. go figure. The server does run, but most of it does not work.

A 2 month contract has been established with Teddy to continue development on SA:MP and V:MP now that he has a PC he can use. After two months, I will review what has been accomplished and will decide whether financial support makes sense.
