Further information:

Haven't had much time to play VCMP, let alone in a community of a bunch of blacklisted people.

I'm not really much aware of the situation, since I was removed from the discord group and one of the divisional leader that I thought that I could talk to and figure stuff out, could be texted only if we were friends or were in a group in common.

At first, I thought I was fired from the FBI and removed from the groups due to inactivity, and when I questioned a person, who I'm not going to mention, about it, he rudely dismissed me and treated me as if though I was his servant.

Thought of having a game during a free week I was given a few weeks ago, and I realized that I was banned.
Had a chat with Klaus, who confirmed that the ban was real.

I was told that I'd receive more information if I made a ban appeal about it.


I'm going to clear some stuff up.
I've read Rardodus' ban appeal, and he says that I was part of the community. Which I'm not going to lie, I was.
Kowalski, who was a friend and a "colleague" at the time asked me to make some forums for him which was similar to that of Argonath. I felt kind of - guilty, because a part of me didn't want to do it, but a part of me felt sorry for him and so I agreed and did a PART of the forums for him.
Hear me out, since Nottingham was basically a butt of all jokes in Argonath during a small period of time, I was intrigued and wanted to check it out. Which I did, I felt that the developers of the so called "server" were trying to rip off Argonath.

Which I had realized when Kowalski had asked me to make a forum which was "similar to that of argonath's".

And that's it, I had no further affiliations with Nottingham server.

After that, I guess I got busy with "life".
Didn't have enough time to play then, don't have enough time to play now.

I just don't need this ban on my conscience.

Nottingham RPG was a server which everybody knew about, everybody knew that it was ripping argonath off.
As far as I can recall, I remember that I did tell someone who's a part of the staff about Nottingham and we made fun about it and nothing else.

Hell, we all made fun of Kowalski(i remember nylez was definitely on since we all were at his warehouse during this conversation) about Nottingham and how he was ripping argonath off.

Now, don't tell me I'm supposed to still report even though it was SO obvious that they were ripping the server off.
And hell, I didn't even know that they stole scripts/resources from Argonath or whatsoever. You're free to ask Kowalski or whoever scripted Nottingham.

A lot of players seem to think Nottingham RPG was able to steal our scripts, I can say with 100% confidence that we have not been breached since we left Argonath RPG hosting.

I'd like to further clarify my side of the story,

In no way would I betray Argonath or its staff, simply because I've developed a good connection with almost all the players.
In no way would I betray Argonath and its staffs trust because I know that they too are giving their best for the welfare of the server and it's players.

Its a simple story, I helped a person who I shouldn't have helped and am paying the price.

I have heaps of books that I must bury myself into, even though I might not be active anymore, this ban is affecting my schedule and my conscience.
When studying you know how your brain starts to think of something else, well, this ban does that to me.

Since I feel that my reputation has been slammed onto the ground by this ban.

Maybe you missed that out.

I'm not saying that I was not involved in this community, I've made that crystal clear in the first post itself.
I only helped Kowalski because I pitied him and felt guilty since everybody were poking fun at him.

Again, I was NOT aware that this even was a thing.
If you were unable to understand what I'm implying, let me break it down for you.

I had no idea about this community being "blacklisted" for whatever reason it may concern.
A friend was asking for help, I do care a lot about my friends, be it in real life or a virtual game. I would give help as much as possible from my side.
When Kowalski came asking me for help, I had some choices, either help him or talk him out of it, or straight up reject his request.

Since he was a friend, and a person who had been bombarded by hate and a person who was the butt of all jokes at the time, I seriously wanted to be of all help as long as it would adhere by to the rules.

So I did.

I had no clue that this community was going to get blacklisted. Even if I had the slightest idea, like I said earlier, I wouldn't have helped him.

Now, I had been an active player in the Argonath RPG community, who holds high amount of respect to its staff and those who are helping, just so that we could play with them, that too for free(hard to find these days).
Why would I screw up and take the wrong path if I knew it?

I know that it was a mistake from my side and my heartfelt apologies for that.

Apologies for the double post. Even though this might not concern the ban appeal.

I would like you to know, I realized that my behaviour while ingame may sometimes be arrogant, idiotic and childish.
I have noticed these flaws after several fellow players have pointed this out to me.

As some people know, I've had anxiety issues and PTSD due to some traumatic events which some people may also know, but I do not want to get into details with that.

I can assure you that I'm a changed man.

If you're talking regarding the material available to VCPD personnel only. No, I did not.
Even then I wouldn't have done such.
It would be impossible too, since my transfer from VCPD to FBI was on the plate, I was removed access to all VCPD personnel board during the said time.

If you're talking about the boards, it has a mixed answer, I tried to let it be as SIMILAR as possible and not straight up copy it.

As I said earlier, the last time I was in contact with Nottingham RPG was when I made the forums for Kowalski.
I hadn't accessed the forums after that to indulge in any of the activities that may be of concern.

Hence, I have no idea about who was responsible for the copying of the material into the forums.
But I do remember Kowalski talking about how he would make the boards and that he wouldn't require my assistance for doing so.
Even if it is not him, Spiller was an active FBI personnel who had access to the boards to almost all VCPD personnel.

It might be Spiller, but I'm not 100% sure about it.
