PROSECUTION OF: BADBOYDHIA

The following incident took place on Sunday 30, 2018:

I, Kowalski Kolta, was servicing Bluestack's vehicle at our garage (Brucie's Garage) near Outlook. badboydhia came onto the property without our permission. We demanded he leave, and called the police. When the police arrived, badboy was very rude towards the officer, and the officer charged badboy $100 for trespassing. Badboy then threw a stone into my property, aiming to damage the car parts or tools stored. That is vandalism.

The officer charged him $100. The officer asked badboy if his vehicle, a Blista Compact parked outside my garage, was his. He said no and even said it was stolen.

As my client and I tried to help the officer tow and impound the vehicle (by drowning it'd be impounded) badboy ran off with the car.

Later, once the servicing was complete, badboy began stalking us. He continuously followed us and we dialed the police. The officer suspected badboy and then, in front of my client and I, he shot and murdered the officer using an SMG (also an illegal weapon.) However, as we cannot prosecute for criminal matters, we won't be adding that as a charge, however the courts can choose to charge badboy with murder.

I also hereby request my client @Bluestack testifies to further reinforce our case as plaintiffs.

Badboy has broken the following laws:

"Act 6.8
A person who stalks, follows, spies on or watches a person repeatedly without his consent is guilty of harassment."

"Act 2.13
Trespassing, or the fact of entering a property without a proper authorisation, is prohibited."

"Act 7.6
A person who damages property he does not own is guilty of vandalism.
This crime is punishable with a fine."

As badboy was already fined, we do not request an additional fine.

Our demands:
12 years (12 minutes) imprisonment.

Compensation of $10000 ($5000 will be given to Bluestack) for wasting our time, trespassing on private property, and stalking.

A restraining order be placed on badboydhia to stay away from me, Kowalski Kolta, and my client, Bluestack, and our respective properties.

Even today, badboy is still stalking me. I had two friends help me surround him at the airport on the runway in order to ask why he is stalking us. He just ignored us so we left. We also did not forcibly hold him there nor did he seem to care or want to leave.

I'd like to point out that badboy has also been blocking roads. One of my friends had to use another vehicle to push badboy out of the way because he would not stop blocking the road and obstructing traffic flow.

Please place this restraining order, your honour(s) and fulfill my demands as I am fed up with this nonsense.

This is BadGirl.dhia ! Lawyer and legal representative of mr.Badboydhia
i would to to start by making a clarification on the beautiful imaginary story wrote by Kowalski to mislead the court , trying to get Easy money from the defendant.
All what happend is there was a business deal between mr.badboydhia and mr.kowalski and mr . bluestack !
they were planning to purchase this restaurant from mr.badboydhia for total 68k!
mr messes offered installment buying (purchasing the business over a period of time )to badboydhia. and they organized lots of  meeting and they ate lunch together manny times talking about installment buying the business ! and that explain the existance of mr badboydhia on all the picture took by the plaintiffs.
the defandant refused the idea of installment buying proposed by mr messes!
since the business have a great location and its desired by manny peoples . Mr kowalski and Mr bluestuck offered and gave the ammount of 3000$ to mr badboydhia to reserve the business for them and to not sell it to someone else and they promised they will buy it after 1week !
3days later , mr kowalski informed my defandant that he canceled the deal and he is not interested anymore in buying the business .
looks like the paintiffs are mad and they are trying to take Revenge by wroting all this fake story because mr badboydhia refuse to give back the 3000$ !
if you focus on the "evidence" there is no Trespassing or any type of harrassment.

The Court has reached a verdict in this case, the defendant has been found not guilty for charges of Act 2.13 and Act 7.6

As such he will be given the designated jail time as per Act 6.11. defendant will be jailed for 3 years (3min).

Acts 6.7 6.8 6.9 and 6.10, are punishable by up to 5 minutes of imprisonment..

The sentence has been reduced due to absence of the plaintiff and lack of exponentiation to the defendants testimony.

Sentence is to be delivered first time LCPD/FBI is available to arrest the defendant or the defendant turns him self in any time he wishes to do serve his jail time.
