I, Ulrich, from Marsek Corporation is handing over $260,000 to Huntsman to buy the property Kaufman Cabs (ID:#12) and manage the property and hold it for Marsek Corporation. He will be the owner of the property but he cannot sell and/or give that property to someone else without permission and without official authorization from the Marsek Corporation.

Your honourable judges,

I, Fredericko Jose Kaufman, would you like to bring it to your attention that the entity that has binded me to this legal contract is no longer operating in the city and have not expressed any interest in the property acquired through this contract for a considerable time span.

I would like to ask the court to inquire the contractor whether they are still interested in enforcing this contract, and nullify the contract if the contractors do not respond within a given time span found suitable by the honorable judge.

Seeing how I was named the rightful owner of the property with the exception that I cannot sell this property without authorisation, and given the timespan that I looked after this property, I would like to request this contract to be nullified and the property rights be surrendered to me completely.

I, Ulrich Ebersbacher, declare that the Marsek Corporation no longer exists, since the company's president, Daniel Matthew, decided to close it. As I was one of those responsible for the contract, I reply at the request of Mr. Francisco Kaufman, since then, I declare that all property rights belongs to him now, nullifying all the terms of this contract.
