I, Daniel, from Marsek Corporation is handing over $150,000 to Melvin Harris to buy the property Dispensary (Located in Downtown, ID #18) and manage the property and hold it for Marsek Corporation. He will be the owner of the property but he cannot sell and/or give that property to someone else without permission and without official authorization from the Marsek Corporation. The property will be a subsidiary of Marsek Corporation. Mr. Melvin Harris will be held responsible if the property is sold or given to someone else without an actual authorization.
