The LSPD is looking for a small number of qualified and motivated individuals to lead and develop the SAPD from the ground up.
These individuals will be given command possibilities with the chance of promotions to upper and high command.
The following responsibilities will be carried out with minimal supervision from the Commissioners/Server Leaders:
-Creating a Cadet application, background screening process, interview process and selection process
-Creating an intensive Police academy which meets current law enforcement standards
-Creating Police procedures which conform to current societal and law enforcement standards
-Creating upper command and lower command procedures
-Hiring and maintaining a staff of trained and professional Police Officers
-Creating a SWAT academy and maintaining an on call SWAT team
-Clearly communicating with San Andreas government officials, commissioners, and server HQ of any issues
Anyone is able to apply for the positions within the department, how ever, those with prior experience in low or high command within law enforcement departments of Argonath will be receiving preference.
Applicants MUST posses or be capable of acquiring a legal copy of GTAV and access to a PC that can run the game efficiently
Applicants should be active enough to fulfill their roles
Applicants should be law enforcement minded
