woah, i didn't expect such a quick response, for which i thank you a lot, you'll find my explanation in the spolier below

i thought that the officer in this case just wanted to DM me for no reason, which i eventually found out wasnt the case at all since i was wanted for fishing illegally. i wasn't really paying attention to my HUD at the time (not sure why really), which led me to think that quitting the game would be a reasonable thing to do, since i was gonna be killed for doing nothing wrong and being innocent right? wrong, i probably would have known better and not have panicked as much as i did if i saw my wanted level, because i was aware of this rule, although i'm not setting a good example here anyways am i?

This explanation is complete and utter bullshit.

You sold the Ogras in front of the cop, the cop suspected you and shot you down and that's when you quit the game to prevent losing the money for the Ogras you just sold.

Stop making up stupid excuses like not paying attention or whatever, because that same HUD allowed you to keep note of your money and the amount of Ogras you had on you before selling.

I'll give you one more chance to change your story and actually be honest this time, or you'll be denied.

you're right, it's my fault after all, im not trying to put the blame on anybody and anything, i've decided to put it that way since my lack of attention still holds true to some extent, but i'll be honest and say that what i've done was for my own benefit, and with no regard for the rules of the server and anyone else. i consciously left the game, after getting wanted for fishing, so that the cop not only wouldn't be able to kill me, but also save what i earned from fishing for ogras. i also tried to delay my comeback in an attempt to avoid my punishment, although for the consequences, i have only myself to blame

can't change your mind at this point, although i'm still left wondering why certain people on this server can get away with doing the same thing that's mentioned here (death-evading while in combat). but, i'll know to be more honest from now on, thanks to you
