yes but with a idling script that doesn't allow them to stay stoped. Unless for the tower guards. Tower guards should have rifles but also should be able to get near the inmates.

i was exploring the SA:MP forums and someone had a prison and for the command it was
/msp Time (maximuim security prison)
or you would automatically be sent there for killing someone in jail etc. etc.
it would be for x amount of time anywhere from 5 minutes to 3 hours RL time
Though if something like this Only admins should be in control of it or one part of ARPD or sumthing to act as the Prison security/Warden(s) so that they may decide on the time

Well there is 2 options for that, and 2 other counter-measure for the 'anti-idle'

1) 15 min idle kick when your on the prison job - so if you stand still for 15 mins - kick.
2) Admins have to watch over them, and keep checking up.

Counter-measures
1) They have a hack, or some kind of bug dubbed 'the running man' which it keeps you running straight non stop - thus allowing you to 'bypass' the AFK timer.
2) If we implement the 15 min timer - we enforce a STRICT rule about AFKing on the job

Will you have Jobs for Inmates inside like Prison Industries (Cleaning, Gardening, Washing etc)?  So Inmates can earn a few Dollars (something like $50).  Guard on the Towers shouldn't be allowed to leave their Tower as that what Guards on the ground are for to watch over the Yard and stuff.  So will there be like a warden who runs the Prison daily as a Prison wouldn't be complete without a Bad Ass Warden

Hayden, what about a script that makes you check a place, then another. This way guards will have to make a sistematic watch.
Also, when an inmate breaksout. Guards should loose money. And/or get fired.

looks cool but I really dont feel for Locking up people who are rp ing crime and giving ARPD more EXclusive rights It has to stop somewhere Soon there willl be nothing to do for people except be play police .

I support this idea in a 100%, criminals complain about jail and that only police have good feautures, but thats not truth. If you commit the crime be prepare to face the consecuences. Every action have consecuences, you can win the money in a fair way.. but if you choose to commit a crime then there will be consecuences if you get caught. Say criminals have nothing is ...  when they own millionarie casinos, cars, mansions. And then they complain. So what they expect.. the complainers point of view: " i can sellz all my drugs and commit all crimes i want, i dont care i will go only 180 seconds to jail". And the FBI need to spend days and weeks investigating people.. for what?? For 180 seconds and they continue free, like nothing has happened running their illegal bussines. Then the FBI ask themselves.. was the investigation and time worth it? Now that is more unfair for FBI. It would be good to put criminals inside that are proven gulty by a court case. Maybe not weeks or mothns, thats exagerated, but maybe 4 - 10 hours of in-game time is reasonable.
