Try updating ragemp and/or your GTA game.

If that doesn't work then disable Windows Defenders' real-time protection thingy and see if that solves the issue.

If that doesn't work then look if you got any program (especially ones with overlay/OSD) that interferes with your game;
NVIDIA Shadowplay and MSI Afterburner are common issue makers according to people on ragemp forum.

If that doesn't work then I don't know what will but there will probably be someone else in this community that knows the solution or you could look up on ragemp forum.

btw, i installed a clear new version of windows 7, and tried running it but i get the same error after social club loading screen when the game launches.
however, i tried another offline version of 61GB it works properly.*so the problem isn't my pc i guess*
but the social club version (the 83GB) give that error !!

You getting those crashes even when launching the game in singleplayer?
If you're able show me what "View problem details" says, maybe we can figure it out.
