Fixed a bug at /storevehicle that fixed the vehicle tires

Fixed some vehicles not losing engine HP when damaged

Added ASL on speedo for aircraft
/savecar now costs 1% of the vehicle price, it must be used to save colors and tunes.
Interfaces:
4K support for Chat, Player list and other windows
Player list key changed to F5
F6 now disables the chat + Minimap & other UIs
Fixed some errors related to spamming F5
Accounts:
Added /setmail to update the account's e-mail
The PW recovery system is now activated, feel free to test it
Weapons:
Weapons and ammo are now two separated items.
Details: Buy a M4 and you will always have it on invent, while the Rifl-Ammo item will be used when shooting a M4,AK or any other rifle.
Clothes:
Added the 4 other clothes stores, check your map for positions.
Drugs:
Added the test code for /grow and /harvest. Seeds are available at drug stores.
Gas Stations:
Now GS owners can restock using a Packer + a Tanker trailer. Some GSs will be available for purchase
