Amsterdam people are no different from others in Holland.. That's kind of stereotyping...
Besides, Den Haag ( Where i live ) is biggest rival of Amsterdam in all.  :cool: Especially football hooligans, So i do not like Amsterdam.
( By the way, you can buy weed everywhere here, not only in Amsterdam. Weed comes from the countrysides, just like the XTC etc. )

Any president that says OK for an air strike plans 3000 deaths. When the US committed to go to Iraq they planned 3000 deaths. Only difference is that it is not usual to admit planning to kill your own citizens.

Everyone thinks America is the bad guy...you think we like going to war? We only went to war because Saddam was doing it to his own citizens. Sure, we claimed they had WMD's and there weren't. But hey, I would rather have Saddam not in power now than in power and still killing innocent people. (He tested weapons on his own people) And we didn't PLAN 3000 deaths in Iraq...we didn't want any but sometimes people do have to die. If you don't agree with that look at Hitler, millions of deaths happened because of one man. Hitler. Saddam was the middle east version of him. We didn't want those deaths, so I don't think its fair to blame it all on our "stupid government". People just like to blame everything on us because we are so easily blamed upon. I am not trying to flame anyone here but I am just speaking my mind.

BTW, WWIII will be over in like 15 minutes because of nuclear attack...AKA We are all going to die lol

Lets make it clear that there is a very big difference between what we think of America as country and Americans as people.

As country, America wants to be the most powerful. What was the problem in Iraq ? Oil. Things in Saudia are not much better (women who are raped get convicted a death penalty) but they are friends, so nobody cares. Every country in the Middle East was happy to see Saddam go, including Iran. But what they do not like is that there can be no government without the influence of American politics.
Do you believe people in Iran all follow the Ayatollahs ? No way, but they accept it as the alternative is having America telling what they should do.

Americans are great people, and I like most of them. however they are brought up to see everything as good or bad, black or white. Check any movie, story, music clip. It is always us vs them. That means that the worst thing for Americans is not to have a collective enemy that threatens their country.

For 50 years it was Russia, but Russia stopped playing the game. Then they came up with Iran. As Iran was not threatening enough, they made Saddam Hussain the worlds worst dictator. But after 10 years he was down to the point where it was a joke as threat. So they removed him and put in his place a guy who nobody can see or find, and who has not done anything big in the last 6 years.
Once people stop believing there is already a replacement..... North Korea, Syria and after that they will have made Russia look like a big threat again.

Communism is bad ? Where is the boycot of China.
Dictatorships are bad ? Saudi-Arabia, Egypt.
Muslims are bad ? Turkey, Pakistan.

Remember the leader of the Taliban, Mullah Omar ? He was cornered by American troops, stole a motorbike and rode in to the desert, never to be seen again. So all the spy planes and sattellites that can tell what Putin eats for breakfast could not find one guy on a motorbike in the desert....

ok, hitler killed 6million Jews, apparently, saddam killed 1 million kurds.
hitler started a world war that caused tens of millions of deaths. saddam.... well... didnt.
hitler stayed in his country's city until the end, even if he hid in a bomb shelter in the last few hours. saddam fled and lived in a hole.

whilst both were dictators, they both ran their country completely differently.

oh and if im not mistaken hitlers dad was his mums uncle, so he was DESTINED to be f****d up.

Communism is an utopia, what you have in China isn't communism since they handed farms to farmers back in the mid 80's. Why did they did that, cause it wasn't working.
China is now far from a communist country, they have McDonald's.

Dictators are IMO good cause most people dunno anything about politics and as you can see, between the right and the left parties, center ones always wins.

Muslims are bad, radical muslims are. But only as bad as the medieval time church.

For one, the people who believe Russia is still a threat were raised in the Cold War...back then I am sure you were just as scared of us as we were of you. I don't believe Russia is a threat ATM, we are at peace for now. Why do we think communism is bad? Well for starters, the big bird at the top of the wire cage stack is telling the other below him what to do and they are crapping all over the guy at the bottom. I understand most aren't that extreme anymore especially after the Soviet Union collapse. We don't talk to China about it because well, frankly we don't want any beef with them...I heard once we don't have enough bullets for each of them. Why not Saudi Arabia or Egypt? Because they are our premiere source of oil and we don't want beef with them!
   Muslims are not bad but it is hard for people to think that when Islamic terrorists crashed two planes into the biggest city in the country, and also the Pentagon where my cousin that was a retired Colonel of the US Army was almost killed as his office was destroyed. Luckily, he wasn't on that side of the building when it happened. We don't think muslims are bad, why do you think half the country voted for Obama in the elections? It is just going to take time to get over the fact that Muslim Terrorists were behind 9/11. I know some muslims and they are not bad people. They are just like the Japanese-Americans after the bombing of Pearl Harbor...they loved their country and their home. I read a quote from one who was interrogated...he said "When your mother and father fight, do you want them to kill each other? Or do you want them to just stop fighting?" They aren't bad but they are living in a country where they are considered bad and up to no good.
   When is the last time you saw us invade a Communist country to push Democracy on them? hmmm the 1970's? Keep in mind we were still at "War" with Russia, in other words we were trying to bring down your nation by attacking one of your allies. You did the same with Afghanistan keep in mind . You have to remember, Vietnam was 30 years after WWII, right after our transition from Isolationism to getting involved in world matters.
   I don't like arguing with people from a server I play on...it brings me down. So can we just agree to disagree?
