First of all   the moment you opened your ticket i was checking the forums.... as soon as i tapped back to the game
i saw that you reported Chester for '' Deathmatching '' i took your report and i tp'd to your location to see whats happening.. mean while you were inside your car and   the cops were shouting at you to surrender right? 

 so i told both to pause on what they were doing.. as soon as you saw me  you exited your car  and you approached us..  and  i asked both parties what did happen,  Chester explained his part of the story  and your reaction was cutting his head off during the admin investigation because  you didn't  like what he said?

i guess you know better in such situations what  happens... so you left me with no choice

instead you could have simply explained me what happend so i can help you  but no.

i do not mean to bump but as i've cooled off a bit now so i'll elaborate on everything that happened 1 hour prior to my ban.

(i don't have chat log to support everything ill write, sadly, as i crashed mid shootout and immediately logged back in)

a bunch of crazy guys came with Grove skins to rp with me and another GSF member. they said they had an issue with Hagens. unlike most back up calls which just happen over /cb, we actually roleplayed our shit. as the OG, i was the one getting guns for the whole crew. we grouped in an alley behind ganton binco, and that's when whole PD started following us around, like every cop on the server.  none of us was a suspect and we didn't do anything to draw cops' attention, other than 7 or 8 of us being grouped together yet Mircea kept following us with a maverick and flying above us, while a handful of light and dark blue blips always stayed in the draw distance (on minimap).

we pulled up at Hagen hq and messed it up inside rply, so as Mircea followed us he probably realised we were after hagens. that's when the cops decided to beat us to it, and took Lazar Hagen into protective custody or some shit. Knowing where he was taken, we parked outside the FBI hq. and that's where the things got messy.

Some of the people who were with us are new players i guess (that's an assumption, i never checked anyone's /whenmade), so they weren't exactly keeping it calm. they were jumping around, randomly aiming guns at the wall (NOT AT PEOPLE). that's when one of us got suspected for aiming the gun at police or some shit. i didn't really care about it much as most of us were still trying to ROLEPLAY, but all of a sudden, cops start popping out all over the walls and shooting the shit out of us.

considering i was standing still without a weapon in my hand, and i still got shot, i tried to find a cover in order to /report before i die but my game crashed just a moment later. When i came back, most of my guys were dead already, and i got shot as soon as i spawned (standing sitll no weapons on me). i immediately reported (yet it took Kenji a full minute, even with public chat being hot spammed about what's going on, including insults on my part)
 
 i raged and insulted police on public (shouldn't have done that, but i got triggered by cops doing everything they can to prevent us from roleplaying our gang shit, and ulitimately deathmatching us for no reason), and that's when people finally stopped trying to kill me. i just went to my car and sat in it, and again they started shooting at me/my car (even though i was not a suspect and didn't do anything beside sit in the car, i didn't try to drive at all and i have not commited a crime).

that's when Kenji finally decided to do something about the report, and teleported himself to the scene. as soon as he came, Chester started bullshiting how  they only shot me because  ''they told me to put my hands up and i decided to enter my car instead'', while in fact not a single cop tried to interract with us at any point AT ALL. the fact that he is blatantly lying triggered me even more so i just knifed him, and got banned seconds later by Kenji.

now i know i fucked up, i shouldn't have insulted anyone or killed chester, but just imagine having every single attempt of roleplaying anything that involves cops, interrupted either by being tased or just blatantly deathmatched. I want to get back on the server and have fun with my friends, but if administrators don't put an end to cops deathmatching all the time, i won't bother coming back. people seem to have forgotten that deathmatch is deathmatch even in the case cops killing people for no reason, it's not to be 'handled by police command' or what ever they keep saying as an excuse to break the rules without consequences

Nobody from the police said anything to us. They just shot. That happened before my crash, and then after i relogged they continued deathmatching me, even though i obviously had no where to go, and neither was i trying. I got the chatlog of what happened after my relog and thats where you can see that nobody said a word to me in roleplay , they only shot.

Yes this is a roleplay server and those cops deathmatched. I am 99% sure my guys didnt shoot cops first and if you post damage logs i bet you will prove that. I was told after posting the unban that they shot at the wall or the gate but had they shot police, the police would be supposed to report it because that would be deathmatch right? No instead they requested back up because they like to dm and without a single line of rp they start shooting everyone present. So don't even try to justify what they did. Shooting unarmed civilians just because someone next to them shot randomly, and then continue shooting after seeing people are not shooting back?

I raged because i got deathmatched before i crashed and then after i logged back in people started shooting me on spawn which is also not allowed.

As for jason dilworth he wasn't even close enough for the shout to be seen. Please quit tryung to justify what they did, because stuff like that will kill activity. It disrupted gameplay of more than 10 people while me killing chester was acring in affect after having my roleplay destroyed by him. And it didn't really disrupt anyone's gameplay, did it?

You got banned because you couldn't hold back your emotions. Why didn't you wait for Kenji to properly handle the report? Maybe it would've gone somewhere else if you didn't had to do that stupid move you did. Sure, you can blame the cops that you are banned, go a head. But as long your behavior remain I won't consider your unban appeal.

This is the eight time you have been banned for either deathmatching or behavior issues. Based on the Ban Strike System, you would already have made all your chances to get unbanned by now, since the fourth ban is permanent ban from the server. So come up with a good reason WHY I would unban you...

I know you are a good roleplayer and a nice personality and all that, however when your anger is effecting other people and sometimes provoke majority of the people around you, this is not good and has to stop. We are all in-game mainly to have fun, otherwise we wouldn't be playing this game if it wasn't, and the game doesn't become very fun when you have a guy screaming out really bad words to players that also is here for the same reason; "To have fun".  So what would you do in order to keep your anger issues out from effecting other people when it occurs?

I always try to keep my calm but some times i can not help it. As i said its an issue, not just me wanting to act like a dick. Counrless times i quit to avoid situations like that but in some cases quitting is against the rule so..
