Task Manager high on drugs

Since I overclocked my CPU the speed shown in Task Manager is way off the reality, any clue what, why or how this is caused?
(P.s: the speed is accurately shown with any other program except Task Manager)

when the third part programs shows the right speed, then task manager  is buggy :)
do u use cpu z?

Yeah, not only that also AIDA64 and HWiNFO64.
I found it hilarious that Task Manager has no clue about the actual CPU speed and shows up like some massive LN2 overclock...  :lol:
