The History of Seville Boulevard Families
The Seville Boulevard Families are a set of the Families that reside in Seville. Although they sport the color green, they are against Sweet's principles, in which they encourage to sell hard drugs. Of course to not ally themselves with the Ballas, they sport a lighter shade of green to distinguish themselves between the other sets of the Families. They are hostile with the Grove Street Families over territorial issues, while they are neutral with the Temple Drive Families. The gang was founded in 1990 by Lamar Philips after the drug problems started to arise in Los Santos, with the Ballas and Vagos pushing base. Sweet, once the leader of the Grove Street Families, decided to not sell hard drugs. Half of the members did not agree with Sweet's principles, and split from the Grove, resulting in the inner feuds. Lamar Wallace recruited a large number of ex-members from the GSF and started gang wars in Willowfield, which was originally Ballas Territory. After pushing the Ballas out of Willowfield, they moved into Seville also which was taken over by the gang. They decided to call themselves the Seville Boulevard Families. Although the gang did not really have a leader at the time, Lamar Philips was elected by his homies because of his leadership skills.
