You were told to stay away, you didn't report anyone so the staff team could look into your case. Instead you decided to take matters into your own hands and return. And even after you were told to leave the area you did not inform any staff about the situation. And then you think it's the right way to go to just helikill all people there? I'll leave this up to the managers but in my opinion you should get a lengthy review date so you can learn the rules properly.

They were wrong in some way, because I did not listen to the police by the rules, I should have gone, and when they killed me to play like nothing happened. The way to do it is realistic that I do not play anymore. But it's on you to decide. I told the player according to the rules without any problems, I know who I should call if a police incident happens again. Yet my company plays there and has enough of us. It is interesting to play in the group.

Returning to a role-play scene after you die for revenge or to help any remaining friends. (If you return to watch you're liable of being reported.)
The use of any vehicle to injure any other player (Car Killing/Car Parking) or to destroy their vehicle. (Ramming)
Mis-Using duty rights or suspecting other players for no apparent role-play reason to disrupt/annoy their game-play is not allowed. Make sure to not blatantly suspect others for false crimes.
Going on duty in order to get revenge from another player who just killed you is strictly forbidden.
