[Armelin]

Vehicles
Added /tune;
Added /charge for electric vehicles, currently available only at gas stations 3$ per 10% charge;
Added AV-Gas for piston airplanes;
/fixvehicle can now be used with visual damage only for $50.


Missions
The mission format was completely changed to be more entertaining. Two demo missions are available.


World
The client weather should no longer transition automatically;
Fixed missing objects at Josh Berstein house and canyon;
Fixed the status of over 15 game doors and gates;
Added new interiors: debra, janitor, trevor and franklin;


Drugs
Added a black market payphone at Vespucci Beach, use the following local chat to interact: hi, deliver & sell;
Fixed /grow working inside or vehicles


Property limitations
From now on a player may only own 1 business of each type and 1 house in a 1.5km radius.


Chat & modes
The chat will no longer scroll down automatically while the chat input is active;
New chat modes and how to use them:
-/chatmode radio (Job radio)
-/chatmode cb channel id
-/pm playerId


Passive mode
New players driving vehicles are no longer able to carkill others. Weapons are also going to be disabled.
*During the test phase everyone online is considered a new player.
**We are aware of an issue where having a passenger triggers the passive mode on your own vehicle.


Tutorial
Added a few demo text based tutorials. Soon the design will be updated and more pages will be available.



Status
The server is now online at 145.239.183.139:22005.
PS: Dozens of updates/fixes were applied even though they were not detailed on the changelog.

What missions?

I believe you are aiming at the firemand missions. They are changed and now include fire, explosions and you have to reach the end before time runs out. In the future stuff may possibly be updated, changed or mixed.
