Re-organisation of groups and clan boards

I think that we should get rid of http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?board=184.0

Instead, each server should have a respective board for groups in their respective server areas. It's really hard to find groups for individual servers on the board linked above and it's honestly a mess where sometimes you can't tell which server the group is on.

Some groups are running in more than one server.
So instead, I'd suggest to add a rule that forces all groups to edit their title and add [SAMP] or [IVMP]..etc tags.
If there is a group that is running in more than one server,  they should update their title with server's tags.

They should just have different boards in the different
server sections.
