Chemical research company that provides health and safety in various businesses, bio chemicals for farmers, bio chemical products to fight off various diseases.

History

It was formerly controlled by a pharmaceutical company owned by Maxim Rashkovsky and Dima Popov. After U.S. government found the how this agency works, the facility was leased to Merryweather Security, which was owned in part by Don Percival to make this company clean and safe once again. After failure to pay, restructuring and bankruptcy, agency was shutted down and released from Merryweather Security. After few years brothers Simon and Kristopher Jones located this building with equipment that was located in it and made reconstruction of this company. To save the company reputation, they have been task with the responsibility of upholding the reputation of the Humane Lab and Research, company is being named as old name in past history "Humane Labs and Research"

I would like to offer a free security service from LSPD, as it will reassure our citizens. It might also prevent random traffic stops from slowing down your deliveries.

Just a friendly head up, your business premises may be subject to safety inspections in the future.

Good afternoon captain,

We thank you for the offer with regards to security services and would gratefully accept it. Close contact will be kept with the Humane Labs and Research and the LSPD to ensure the safety of everyone, whenever hazardous material are being transported.

With regards to the tour of our facility, I have informed the chief that you are welcome at any point, just give me a call when I am available, Safety gear will be provided at the facility including, decontaminated hazard suit, gas masks, hair nets and rubber boots. A decontamination room will also be available to ensure the safety of all officers while holding the integrity of our products on an all time high.
