- Added a new Fireman mission
- Increased the range of /fillup & /fixvehicle for faction vehicles to 25m
- Fixed a rare occasion where leaving duty could mix ammos (only if the player had them)

- Added the /bid command to allow players to participate on property auctions
- Added "Property Auctions" for /gps
