CB Radios
CB frequencies can now be purchased at the City Hall,
Voice is enabled for CBs, press F4 to stream.

Private CB Features
/carlock [cb] - Allows everyone listening to that frequency to enter your vehicle,
/area [playerid] - Creates a marker at the player's position,
Custom password to tune in,
Ability to toggle voice chat.
