As the name suggest, we are a group of individuals living outside the law. Currently we reside spread around the countryside,
mostly focusing on Sandy Shore but as for the future we will take place within Los Santos.
Some of our members do perform government jobs such as being firemen but we look to avoid those jobs
in total and focus on the illegal side for the income in Los Santos and other settlements.
Being a policeman is strictly prohibited while affiliated with this group.
As of current time we wear no tags, or any affiliation marks such as specific clothing.
All of our members carry Downson surnames as it has been one of the most anti-law surnames for the past 10 years
(this will change in the future as we do not look to make a family but a gang).
Even thought we are the Outlaws, the server rules must be followed.
In the current state of the population in Los Santos we accept no new members until further notice.
