Granted but the genie gives you a can of Coca Cola. You drink it and eventually you get acid reflex in your stomach. Your stomach hurts like hell cause the acid in it is destroying your gut, you keel over, and get sent to the hospital where they forget about you at the emergency room floor and you eventually die......

I wish for one more germ to be spawned on my hand, an unnoticable, small, not deadly at all germ. Who doesnt do anything but sit there all day. He doesnt bite me or explode or anything......Just like what things were before but theres one more germ.
