LIBERTY STATE AGAINST REMEMBERME

SECTION I. SUMMARY

After a deep investigation on subject RememberMe, as well as defendant of this court case, the Liberty City Police Department in collaboration with the Crime Investigation Unit have found out a series of crimes related to this last which vary different levels of momentousness starting from simple crimes related to drugs to important significant spots of the organised crime.


ORGANIZED CRIME AFFILIATIONS
The Liberty City Police Department tasked the Crime Investigation Unit, official state recognized organization within the National Office of Security Enforcement to conduct an undercover operation on the defendant which was suspected to be leader of a significant criminal family in Liberty City.
Our agent has applied accordingly to the relative website of the clan found in the deep web where all the clan applications were stored in. He was accepted in a few time and called in for an interview to be conducted by the chief of the organisation which is proven to be the defendant. Alongside with the interview, it followed with an illegal mission assigned by the chief to deliver an amount of no. 1 kilograms of grown cannabis to the member tasked by always the same, which is classified yet.
The defendant defined himself "Boss" of the organization so called "Wolves of Liberty" during the progress of the interview.
The so called "Liberty of Wolves" also known as "LoW", which counts more than 10 members,  is known to be subject of several crimes around the city.


CRIMES AS AN INDIVIDUAL
Once the undercover operation of our agent came to an endline, we monitorized defendant's activity and we noticed that the defendant has used illlegal war grade weapons and threating another agent we deployed upon approach of this last without he showed any ostile movement.


EXECUTION
Upon signed warrant from Supreme Court Judge Jugovic, we immediately proceeded with the help of the Federal Bureau attempting an execution on the subject which resulted critical and extremely dangerous for the city. The defendant revealed explosives planted into the vehicles of his car dealership, threating us to move away or he would have blew them up otherwise. Thanks to the perfect execution of negotations from one of our highly trained and selected officer of our department, the target has been arrested and taken into custody safely and was also interrogated.
Once in interrogation room, the defendant has showned signs of unwillingness to cooperate with the law showing trollish signals and time waste speeches.

ORGANIZED CRIME AFFILIATIONS

Act 2.6
Anyone who commits or assists in committing a crime, attempts to commit a crime, or who helps the perpetrators to evade or hide or funds them, is guilty of that crime.

VIOLATED ACTS RELATED TO EXHIBIT #2

Act 3.11
Threats to cause injury or death are prohibited.

Act 10.3
Remington model 1100 TAC 4 Combat shotgun, SW MP-10 submachine gun, AK-47, M4A1, German DSR-1, MPS AA-12, FN P90, M249 and PSG-1 are classified as military-class weapons and only Law Enforcers are permitted to possess and operate these, and only when performing their duties.

Act 10.4
A person is not allowed to possess a weapon he is not authorised to possess by either the court or a LEO. Such person would be guilty of illegal possession of a firearm.

Acts 3.9, 3.10 and 3.11 are punishable by up to 5 minutes of imprisonment.

Act 10.6
Acts 10.4 and 10.5 are punishable by up to 8 minutes of jail.

If the defendant is willing to plead guilty to their charges in court and shows signs of remorse for their actions, the Liberty City Police Department and National Office of Security Enforcement are willing to lower prison time to 10 minutes If the defendant is caught again violating the same acts a more severe punishment will be demanded.
