its actullay a Revenge Ban !
2 days ago i found a business for sale and manny Uber.x vehicles are parked in front of it (propably a Nathan old HQ or whatever)
i bought it and i /call nathan to ask him to move the vehicle
after a while he TP to me , and starts to use his ADMIN Tools for his own purpose , by teleporting his group car instead of driving them.
note : nathan ask me /pm stay here so he can tp back !
Furtunately Fraps was on , and i record him Also Goobi was ig as undercover and i /pm him to spect nathan and i report his abuse , thats why i request goobi to hold this since he is aware of what happend
looks like the ADMEN who Ban players and ashame them on Unban request about rules caught abusing his admin shit xD
NOTE : not the first time he do that , he did it before with the taser shit .. and more
anyway after 1h i recived a pm on discord from nathan "thanks for the report"
lol he get mad cuz i report him for his abuse

not gonna lie i use this keybind to grow and harvest

today while i was harvesting i checked discord and i was going to respond to that pm from nathan and i accidently hit the key and a /harvestweed is sent to nathan

he told me that using a keybind is not allowed
after that i get confused cuz i was sure that what i am doing is fine ! even asked mazen before and he told me that its fine to use it
anyway i turned off the keybind and finished harvesting on the normal way , until i get a confirmation about the keybind from a HQ

according to this 3 rules ! using a key bind is fine
i was present on the game while using the keybind jumping and moving my character and pressing on ctrl to grow/harvest

so to conclude nathan was really mad at me cuz i caught him abusing i report him to goobi
he just want took a revenge

Wow. Not even sure what to say. A lot of assumptions for no reason. Very interesting stuff. But let's break it down:

1. I always appreciate constructive criticism about my job performance. I thrive on it. I make sure that I take it in and process it to become the best version of myself.

2. Your report not only strengthened my position as a senior administrator, but also brought up a good discussion between managers and senior staff regarding our role, what we can and cannot do, and how there are certainly gray areas in what staff has some leniency in. To sum it up, the staff can use the tools necessary for them to get the job done as long as there is no unfair advantage. After further discussion, it came down to that if there were resources available to me (like players who had access to tow trucks), then I should use that resource to move vehicles. Otherwise, the staff has the discretion to use the tools available to them. The staff has used the tools available to them in the past to complete requests such as yours before. I took in this response and will now apply to future cases.

3. I get the sense that you just sit there with a cam recorder and look for anyone or anything that just might break the rules. That is essentially witch hunting on anyone with any chance you get. I'm not sure if your goal is to make everyone around you to walk on eggshells around you just so you don't get triggered and start reporting them. Even in this case, you were setting a stage with a "net" for me to get caught on and when I "fell in your trap", you got all excited, screaming "Yes!" on Discord. Not really sure what the point is but just an observation I noticed. It's a little sad if I'm honest. But it's not relevant to your unban request.

4. You admitted to me that you were using key binds to automate growing and harvesting. This breaks several of the rules on the server.

4a. "1. Cheating - Cheating can be the use of a third party program that is capable of giving you an advantage over other players." In your case, you were using a tool which can you an advantage over other players. The advantage was harvesting in an automated fashion.

4b. "6.1 Key-Binds - You are not permitted to use keybinds as a form of botting". Botting - in case you didn't know - is defined as "...to automate laborious tasks: this activity can sometimes make up the bulk of the gameplay. While a prohibited practice in most MUDs, there is an incentive for the player to save his/her time while the bot accumulates resources...". Now, who does that sound like? Using to automate laborious tasks ... to save time ... to accumulate resources. Follow the logic? You are using software to automate the process to gather resources (weed). Therefore, you are betting, which is against the key-bind rules.

4c. "6.1 Key-Binds - You are not permitted to create keybinds or programs with allow for unattended automation of tasks." This rule is also pretty clear. You automated the task to plant and harvest weed. No need to expand on it, but if you're confused, see 4b.

5. Given the above interpretation of the rules, you broke the rules and are now paying the consequence of being banned. Again, as I stressed above, it was not a "revenged" ban as you call it. You legitimately admitted to me that you are breaking the rules and I took the action that was needed.

6. Key-binds, in general, are a gray area. In the past, they have been used as a replacement for commands like /mir and /m1, /m2, etc. I believe the difference is that key-binds in those cases were used purely for chat purposes and served no unfair advantage to players. In your case, you used them to gain an unfair advantage.

7. Due to the sensitivity of unban request, I am requesting HQ to review the unban request further after I made my case on why you broke the rules and why I took the action that was needed. I will no longer respond further unless it is necessary.

The ban is not valid, I don't see how is this an unattended task or an attempt to be AFK'ing while harvesting since you're movements are still made by you and you are only using a keybind for the /harvestweed on the text bar, that is not considered botting and for obvious it is not a rulebreak. However, I do not agree with your assumptions that Nathan decided to issue your ban upon a "revenge" against another report, you should be careful with the things you say in an unban request despite being valid or not.

The HQ apologizes for this incovenience and for interrupting your gameplay, this will still be reviewed within the senior administrator our manager and myself.
