Edit: For the record I am fully aware of badboy's play-style and practice of riding on the edge of every rule and policy in IVMP and apparently other servers. I have spoken with him in the past about this fence riding when it comes to the rules and other players enjoyment. I am not siding with him but simply looking at this situation with an outside perspective.

His history of riding the line so closely to the rules will be considered here also.

awesome !u just  explained what i was trying to say ..
from my 2.5years experince i was 100% sure that the business transaction between me and qynga is totaly fine and it can end on in worse situation in "getting sued in court".
and as i explained there was no victime in this case since the bizmoney and showroom vehicles remain the same and the owner didnt lose any $ !
also i would like to hear ur opinion about moving the vehicle by ramming it (usage of towtruck)
