[SA:MP] Passport & Drivers license

Hello community!

As of today we'll be starting with a trial period where we no longer demand a player to be older than 7 days for his/her passport and drivers license. We feel that this makes the server more open to new players and allows them to dive right into the server's full potential. This will be on a trial base and if we deem that this change causes too many issues it may be reverted.

This means that new players are now able to do the following on their first moment of joining:
-Get a passport & Drivers license(Still through a cmb test and driving test)
-Purchase a house
-Purchase a vehicle
-Go on police duty
-Purchase weaponry

yeah kinda, the police duty tho is fine. the weapon part... ehh.. we'll see. but, as Bas said it's for a trial so..

It had to be this way because passport is directly to all the features listed. However as Bas said, if we see that it causes issues related to new players creating DM scenarios or abusing cop rights, this will be reverted to its original state.
