I was in a bad mood, and when i played gamble, the person who played with me wanted to stop playing (cuz he won me some cash), and as i said i was in a bad mood and i didnt like it so i wanted to contiune, i thought this way may work to make him contiune.

I issued the ban after I was forwarded evidence of you casino scamming, and when questioned about it by a staff member you decided it was a good idea to deathmatch that staff member. I'm sure you understand what was wrong here. What I want to know is... How can we be sure that you'll behave from now on?

Also i have something to say, when i started gambling and used /use it poped out a message says "it's illegal gambling and scams will not be refund" , so idk why i got the ban.

These also cannot be used as collateral as a stake during a casino game (inside of a casino). If you wish to stake these items then sell them and use the funds to gamble.

If you would've taken the time to read our server rules you would've known it was against the rules. The following quote comes directly from our rules:

Scamming is also not permitted inside any official casino buildings by gambling through the Blackjack game or using dice. Gambling outside of a casino is not protected so we will not refund any lost money or items.

You are not allowed to engage in a gambling (inside a casino) without having the money you bet on you. Any betting of this sort will not be refunded, and the violator will be punished accordingly.

In case you get scammed by gambling inside a casino, only the money you gave as bet will be refunded, the earnings wont be given.

However I do understand that this is confusing so I'll take that into account, as for the deathmatching of the staff member that questioned you about your rulebreaking. That is completely out of line and will be dealt with like such.
