Hope you all are fine and doing well. As i have mentioned the reason for ban is copbaiting, so lemme explain what happened actually. On that day, i was driving wrecklessly and i was laughing in /s. The only thing i did wrong was, i started honking outside DPD where two cop guys were standing near joey. That was an open invitation to cops to make me suspect.. Like there is a saying "Show red rag to a bull" That is completely copbaiting and i apologise for that.. But the weird thing is that at that moment, Joey didn't even warn me..

Now let's move further, after a while one of the cop guy (i don't remember his name) wanted me to pull over and i completely ignored him and started running away.. During this chase I wasn't a suspect and i started to laugh again in /s.. As far as I remember, i just laughed twice or thrice in main chat just to avoid annoying the cops.. While he was chasing me, all of sudden i got disconnected and banned from server..

Now let's talk about this so called Provoking laugh. If you guys remember, i already had ambiguities about laugh during during a suspect. Therefore when [TCL] Mac warned me, i had asked about this in discord's question section and most of them said it's not a copbait even few of them were laughing at me just because i got warned over provoking laugh..

I know i do foolish things but that is just the way i am.. I am not like other players who login in server just to park their cars at MGS, do some chat with others and then log off..i want fun in server but i keep this thing in mind not to break any rule.. Pardon me if i am criticizing someone's playing style..

Whatever the decision will be from adminstration i will accept it by heart but i believe if it's a copbaiting then it's a least level of copbait & rule break and in that case i would apologise also:thumbsup:

You had received enough warnings as punishments as well as verbal warnings from me. If you expect to receive a warning every time when repeating the same thing again and again, then you are wrong.

You did it more than twice or thrice with the intention to provoke/troll/copbait.

A rule break is defined by actions and intentions behind it and some commonsense. If you think you were abused by Mac you should have taken it over to managers instead of creating a topic about it.

There's a difference between doing foolish things and trolling. If you cross the line, you will get in trouble.

Ah han.. You are getting me wrong joey..I am not talking about those punishments or verbal warnings, i am talking about that specific red warning message.. If you had given me that warning i might would have stopped myself from further copbaiting...

Whatever happened, i am ashamed and i would try my best not to repeat that again and there is always a room for improvement... Last time i got banned in Nov-2018 and now it's the end of July-2019 so you can see i am banned from a difference of 9 months which shows that i have changed myself alot..I assure you next time this difference would be much higher (In case if i get ban again)

Last time i got banned in Nov-2018 and now it's the end of July-2019 so you can see i am banned from a difference of 9 months which shows that i have changed myself alot..I assure you next time this difference would be much higher (In case if i get ban again) 

That's not something to be proud of. After your last ban you should have focused on not ending up back here, but instead you are here and also saying that next time you will be here will be after a more longer time of period. Which means that you are still not looking forward to improving your actions and are expecting to be getting banned again.

You are here since December 2017, and still, if you are constantly getting warns and bans for cop baiting and stuff, then it means you are just doing it on purpose and you are not taking the rules seriously. We don't expect such kind of behavior from a regular player.

There's a difference in breaking rules as a new player and as a regular player. When a new player does rule breaks, it's expected from, as it takes some times for them to understand what type of server is this. But when a regular player does the same actions, it's more severe because you already know the server rules very well and yet you are breaking them.

I said, next time i would be here after a longer period of time but you forgot to read that bracketed text and that is only if i get ban again which shows that i have no intentions of getting banned again... If you had a bit knowledge of sarcasm you would have gotten my point but unfortunately you just took it in a negative aspect🤷

Now let's move forward, thank you joey for reminding me that i am part of argonath family since December 2017, now that is the thing i am really proud of... Being an old player it feels really bad seeing yourself getting banned from server because of your own deeds and i have already apologized for that..🙏

I have seen many unban requests in which most of the players swear they won't repeat that mistake again and admin knows that in near future these players would do it again...I mean why should i lie just over a game ? If i will promise that i will not break any rule and if again i end up here, there would be a question mark on my character..
I can't promise but i would try my best not to give you a chance of complain..

Hey Ali, I think it's important for you to think first then say what's on your mind. People have reported you before for small things, but small things in quantity is a big thing. You are known for trolling and I think you should think about that. Reduce the trolling and you're going to be fine.
