At the time of loan, Mary Kappen is the owner of a Private Property #256, Ghetto Flat, Little Haiti worth $60,000.

Should she fail to pay the loan back before the deadline, this property and all her assets are to be forcefully removed and auctioned with the sum being paid back to the lender and her bank account burdened with the debt until it is fully repaid to the lender.
