I. Opening Statement

Dear Judges and State of Argonath,
I am hereby suing Riad Mahrez on behalf of my client, Jo Renjiro.


II. Summary

We would like to put forth a claim of BREACH OF CONTRACT, ASSAULT against Mr Riad Mahrez.

My client signed a contract (Exhibit A) with Mr Mahrez regarding the sale of my client's Maverick helicopter with the license plate VC-C876. The contract was signed by both parties but carried out by only one: my client.

Mr Renjiro had sold his helicopter to Mr Mahrez (Exhibit B) but did not receive the agreed upon payment in the form of a bank wire, in fact; no payment was received at all.

Upon requesting the agreed-upon payment in the Bank of Vice City (El Banco Corrupto Grande), my client was told by the defendant to, quote, "fk off from his life" and pulled a weapon on him, attemping to murder him in an effort to scam an innocent man.
This should easily be proved by means of surveillance cameras installed in the Bank institution. (Should the bank choose to provide it, it is titled Exhibit C)

Mr Renjiro, reacting immediately, escaped the bank and called the first person on his phone for help. That person, in turn, helped him get in touch with a private security guard who helped Mr Renjiro in surviving: he witnessed my client being attacked and as such he will be asked by Mr Renjiro to give his testimony.

After meeting up with the security guard in Vice Point, Mr Renjiro, in his car, witnessed him engage in a gunfight with Mr Mahrez which eventually ended in a stalemate.

My client and the security guard who identified himself as coming from the Callahan Security agency escaped the scene leaving Mr Mahrez alone and the chase being over.


III. Charges

* Under the Act I, Section III. of the Constitution of the State of Vice
Under punishment by law enforcement, no individual may commit murder, acts of thievery or burglary, assault, vandalism, rape, abduction, fraud, or any act of harming one's wealth, property, or health.

IV. Demands - sorted from highest priority to lowest priority

• for the Defendant to submit himself to the police for attempted murder
  
• Returning of the Maverick VC C-876 to it's rightful owner: Mr Jo Renjiro, due to the contract being breached;
  
• $50,000 compensation as a result of damages sustained during the assault to both the car and my client;
  
• $55,000 compensation for emotional distress and anxiety.
  
• $60,000 compensation for medical / mental health treatment post-assault.
  
• $41,000 compensation as due to having been unable to buy or rent a replacement vehicle since the payment was never transferred, my client lost time -- income

after lengthy consultation with Mr Renjiro, he decided to display his kind heart by instructing us to change section IV. Demands to the following:

IV. Demands - sorted from highest priority to lowest priority

• for the Defendant to submit himself to the police for attempted murder
• Returning of the Maverick VC C-876 to it's rightful owner: Mr Jo Renjiro, due to the contract being breached;
• $20 compensation to Mr Renjiro as a result of damages sustained during the assault on my client - see: Exhibit DE1;
  
• $60 compensation to Mr Andrew Aky as a result of damages sustained during the assault;
• $75,000 compensation to Mr Renjiro for the brutal act of assault, attempted murder and breach of contract against him by Mr Mahrez;
• $4000 to be added every day to the total amount to be paid to Mr Renjiro due to loss of income starting since today until the end of the court case:

My client, an avid helicopter pilot, used to take rich people in his helicopter to see the panorama of Vice City and it's famous landmarks, such as the Hyman Memorial Stadium, Leaf Links, or the Jewel of Vice City: The Starfish Manor. This proved to be a lucrative job, but now that my client is left without both his helicopter and the money to find a replacement, he is forced to work in jobs that he is not qualified for, such as pizza delivery, garbage collection.

we would like to inform the Court that the Defendant has sold off his assets seen in Exhibit D2: Mr Renjiro's helicopter and his own Infernus to a character by the name of Ghiless, possibly as an attempt to evade justice. We would like the Court to consider this action as an act of OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, given that the asset sold off occured after Mr Mahrez was informed of the court proceedings against him to which he still has not appeared.
