ABOUT US

    The Liberty City Fire Department, officially the Fire Department in the City of Liberty (FDLC). is a department of the government Liberty City that provides fire protection, technical rescue, primary response to biological, chemical and radioactive hazards. The Fire Department of Liberty City usually co-operate with the Liberty City Police Department, and Emergency Medical Services in most of the situations including Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), bomb situations, fire extinguishing and securing perimeter around a building by disabling or enabling new ways, or functions.
The Liberty City Fire Department has it's own divisions (Stations) with their own tasks to provide a safe environment for citizens of Liberty City.

Station-1 Fire and Rescue Division: The main Fire Suppression division of Liberty City Fire Department. The station usually perform general fire suppression tasks within the streets of Liberty City. It provides many kinds of rescue services to the citizens of Liberty City.
Firefighters of Station 1 are highly trained for the following tasks :

• General Fire Suppression.
• Public Safety and Rescue.
• Motor / Vehicle Accidents.
• Biological, chemical and radioactive hazards.
• Defusing all types of Bombs.
• Suicidal Negotiations.
• Large-Leaks Repairing.

Station-2 Airport Fires Division : It operates within Liberty City Airport and areas surrounding it only. Firefighters of Airport Division are highly trained to suppress heavy types of fires caused by planes and helicopters. Firefighters of Station 2 are trained on the following tasks :

• Fire Suppression within Francis International Airport (FIA), and areas surrounding it.
• Inspect and declare safe/hazardous of any establishments, businesses, buildings, vehicles or any such object within the Francis International Airport.
• Providing Safety equipments to planes, helicopters, or any establishments within Francis International Airport to prevent the fire.

Station-3 Fire Prevention and Investigation : It operates all over the city except Francis International Airport. This station is responsible for public safety, forensic investigations, fire inspections and preventing the fire .

Its' tasks :

• Inspections of any public places, government buildings, and important areas to make sure it's provided with safety equipments.
• Investigations of Fire causes.
• Public Safety Education and Awareness.
• All requirements for Fire Prevention.
• Managing Fire laws applied in Liberty City.

environment from fires, natural disasters, life threatening situations, and to assist other
emergency agencies.

    The Liberty City Fire Department stations are positioned all around the city. The address of each fire station can be found below:

    The main HeadQuarter of the FDLC is located at "Dillon Street, Rotterdam Hill, Broker", behind the Dukes/Broker City Hall . The FDLC HeadQuarter is the main station in the City of Liberty, and the most active one. The Command staff's offices of the department are also located there.

Services & Equipments

    The Liberty City Fire Department provides the citizens of Liberty different kind of services. The list of some of services can be found bellow:

• Fire Protection: We provide fire protection services, and the services are usually extinguishing the fire, and stopping the flames. The fire situations are usually reported by the citizens of Liberty through the emergency line, and the dispatchers will follow it over the radio to the firefighters on-duty to respond to the scene. The firefighters usually respond in less than five minute to the scene.
  
• Medical Treatments: After the Liberty City Emergency Medical Service (EMS), the fire department has it's own medical staff whose job is to respond to the situations that requires them in. They are members of the department, and they are well trained and educated about their job.
  
• Large-Leaks Repairing: The department provides services to the citizens who cannot solve. And the leaks are usually gas leaks which are dangerous for the people, and especially those who live near the incident scene.
  
• Suicide situations: The department also provides a service with best negotiators and equipments that can and should be used during a suicide situation. Our job during those situation is to not allow the person who's committing suicide.
  
• Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA): The members of the department are trained about the Motor Vehicle Accidents which are the most situations that happen. They are equipped with effective tools and equipments that will make their way to the patient.
  
• Education and Public Awareness: The department provides education programs for the people who wishes to learn about the basic treatment and the what-to-do situations. The service is completely free.

    The Liberty City Fire Department is provided with the most effective and needed tools for their work. Those tools allow the staff to do their job easily and without any faults.

Public Safety System Information.

Liberty City Fire Department implements a new system within the liberty city which aims for the safety of the citizens and decrease the rate of injuries in emergency situation, hence this system was introduced and approved by the court and government Check the case.

Some general notes for the citizens of Liberty City :

• The System applies only for the following establishments :
  ~ Government Buildings : Court hall, City hall, Hospitals, Police Stations, Federal Bureau Of Investigations Offices.
  ~ Public Places : Gas Stations, Factories, Crowded restaurants, Crowded coffee shops and other crowded businesses.
  ~ Companies, Groups and Families Headquarters.
• This System does not apply to private properties such as houses.
• This System is completely free and no one from the Fire Department will ask you for money unless you are being fined. (Refer Below), if you are asked money to install the equipments, please cancel the meeting and forward a formal complain to this board. or simply forward a PM to FDLC Chief or FPIB Commander (Station-3).
• This safety equipments can ONLY be installed by the LCFD Personnel, if any other firefighter who is not an official member of the Fire Department, then please do not allow him to enter your property and contact 911 in case of any abuse from his side.  Refer to this topic for the official Staff List of FD.
• If you have any questions regarding this system, please forward a PM to FDLC Chief or FPIB Commander (Station-3).
• ONLY the FDLC personnel are allowed to maintain, remove or add any new equipments to your property/shop!
• We heavily advise you when buying a new property or shop to ask the owner for the "Safety Certificate."
• Safety Certificates are only issued by FDLC personnel, any other certificates that is not issued by us are automatically marked as invalid, make sure you don't lose it otherwise it may result in problems.

How will this system work?

• Fill a formal request for your shop/property and send it (PM) to one of the command staff after reading the information and using the code in this topic.
• Wait for Command Staff or the authorized members to note your request and set up a date and time.
• The Command Staff will install the required equipment for your shop/property for FREE.
• You will be given a "Safety certificate"  that can be used in the future with the FDLC or in selling or buying another property.
• Your Property details will be marked in our databases, so in the future we will not need you to fill a request anymore, instead we will do monthly checks for the equipment and maintain them.

What will happen if I do not send the request for my shop?

• Our team will be doing sudden and unexpected checks for the most important and crowded shops, if your shop is one of that and then we found out that your shop is not marked in our database, and you did not even request the equipment, then a warning message will be sent to your PM with a maximum one week to respond and request the equipment.
• After this week, if you did not respond to our warning, we will contact the LCPD to support us, and then we will try to reach to you IG, and you will be fined 1000$ ARD.
• Refused to fine? a case will be opened against you immediately, but if you decided to comply and pay the fine then another week will be given to fill a request for the equipment.
• If this week ended, and you have not requested the equipment yet for the second time, a court case will be opened against you immediately.

Rules and Requirements :

• You must be the owner of the shop or property in order to request the equipment.
• You must possess passport and a driving license.
• If you have more than one shop of the SAME type, you can request the equipment for all of them in one PM using the code below for each shop/property.

We would like to announce that the Fire Safety Equipment is now effective in Liberty City. Our e-mails (Forum PMS) are now open to receive your requests. Please, it's better for you and for everyone to send us the information of your shop/property as soon as possible. Laws related to this system has been also added to Liberty City Laws, thanks to Judge Mane.

LIVE RECRUITMENT DAY

Greetings to the Citizens of Liberty City! FDLC Command Staff wishes to notify you of an upcoming event regarding live recruitment into the fire department. This day will be hosted at the Broker Fire Department on the 15th of November, at 3pm CEST. Live Recruitment will function in the following manner:

> Aspiring candidates will visit the Command Staff at the Broker Fire Department.
> An interview will take place.
> Should candidates pass all preliminary requisites for acceptance, they'll be admitted to the Fire Academy on the spot and issued the Fire Cadet rank.

We hope this will provide more practical activity and interest in our department, and we plan to do more public events, stay tuned!

Announcement.

Liberty City Fire Department would like to announce about some notes to the citizens of Liberty City.

First of all, our Public Safety System is still effective since August, 2019. We haven't received any request so far since we released the system. That's not good at all. Hence, this is a warn to all citizens that the laws implemented by the court are also effective since August, 2019. Please take the time to review them below with a small notice from the Judge of Liberty City Courts.

Spoiler for Hiden:

All  Government Buildings : Court hall, City hall, Hospitals, Police Stations, Federal Bureau Of Investigations Offices
Public Places : Gas Stations, Factories, Restaurants,  and other Businesses, should have safety equipment.


Act 14.5
After a 4 months grace period all Government Buildings, Businesses will need to have fire safety equipment installed or requested.


Act 14.6
After those 4 months owners of the business who didn't install fire safety equipment, will be fined 1.000$ ARD and sued per act Act 5.8


Lets play a game.

The first 10 people to request there equipment will be paid 3000$ from court, others who don't request the fire equipment will be sued per Acts 5.8 and 14.6, and will pay the court fee and fine for all 3 things.

A person who endangers the comfort, safety, property or lives of others is guilty of common nuisance.

By the middle of December, expect to see an E-mail to your business with a fine and a warn about your last chance to send the request otherwise, the department will open a case against your business in the court hall according to the laws mentioned above.
