• Added Mordor exterior from RS4
• Added LS County Jail with RS4 Mordor interior as the interior.
• Added jail points in LS County Jail

Changes

• Property taxes are ran twice a month. 1st of every month and the 15th of every month.
• Property tax rate lowered from 0.8% to 0.4% (0.004)
• Properties will now sell after a cycle of no payment, instead of foreclosure status.
• SAPD is now a closed group.
• Max jail time increased to 15 minutes
• Higher HQ can now offline kick group members without needing me to manually go to the database.
• Gate limit increased from 150 to 300
• You can now only purchase up to 3 homes and 3 businesses.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where ammunation would not check if you had a weapon of the same type in your inventory without ammo, which would cause imbalance issues.

A person may only own 3 houses and 3 busines's by himself:

We believe that property hoarding has become a substantial issue in the server, and reducing the amount of properties one may own seems like the best solution. We still feel that this is a more then reasonable amount. As for the players that currently own more then the new limit. They will have till the 7th of September to either hand over properties or leave them unowned. After the 7th HQ will sell off the remaining properties and leave the 3 most expensive of both kinds of properties.
