New features

• Added detection of all microphones for /mic. You should be able to use /mic on spawned microphones and ones in custom maps without needing me to add more code.

Changes

• Freecop system has been changed to be "Department of Corrections". They are responsible for guarding the county jail and transporting prisoners. This is a way people can prove themselves before applying to SAPD. They are not armed with firearms, and can't suspect.
• The duty point for DoC is inside the LS County jail. There is no more shooting or driving training, just an exam and passport requirement.
• Closing/Deleting your group will also delete the group vehicles. It will NOT refund you the value of the vehicles if you do this. Be sure to sell or transfer ownership of vehicles you want to keep when doing this.
• Pepper spray increased from 250 to 3500.

Fixes

• Lowered the County jail / Mordor map down within map boundaries so the DoC duty point will appear.

No, but it will ask you once if you are sure before you do so. You'll have to re-type the command to remove the group then.

• Fixed a mistake where code was left that would give you a deagle if you /rearm on DOC duty. Thank you [TCL]Mac (@mohammedk) for bringing this to my attention in an appropriate manner.
  
• A long overdue fix to a certain admin command that staff will really appreciate.
