1) Where you banned on our MTA:VC server, or our VC:MP server.
MTA:Multi Theft Auto  VC:MP: Vice City Multi Player

2) If so, who was the admin who banned you.

3) Would you have any idea why you were banned.

He got banned in VC:MP because Klaus_Menie is not admin on MTA:VC and i dont think Klaus can ban yet he just got chosed..

Belgacem You have been banned for having all kinds of hacks and after me telling you to take them off you ignored the warning. You was kicked many times but kept coming back and hacking. Then you admited hacking and said you don't care. Its your fault you've been banned. Then to make it worse you ban evade.
