He will be the holder of the property but he cannot sell and/or give that property to someone else without permission and without official authorization from the Marsek Corporation. The property will be a subsidiary of Marsek Corporation. Mr. Zaibatsu will be held responsible if the property is sold or given to someone else without an actual authorization.
