"We are fighting for a better, fairer, and brighter future for every citizen of San Andreas:
rolling up our sleeves, empowering grassroots voters, and organizing to take our state back."

"We are the party of inclusion. We know that diversity is not our problem, it is our promise.
As Democrats, we respect differences of perspective and belief,
and pledge to work together to move this state forward.
We do not merely seek common ground, we strive to reach higher ground."

- Sheila Santiago, Party Leader

Core Values
We have fundamental beliefs and constitutional principles of our society, which unite all Americans. They include the ideas of life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, justice, equality, diversity, truth, popular sovereignty, patriotism, the rule of law, and that we must all work together for the welfare of the community or benefit of all.

Justice
All people should be treated fairly in both the benefits and the obligations of society. No individual or group should be favor over another person or group.

Diversity
The differences in culture, dress, language, heritage, and religion are not just tolerated, but celebrated as a strength.

Popular Sovereignty
The power of the government comes from the people. The people are the ultimate authority over the government.

Liberty
Personal freedom, political freedom, and economic freedom. This is the freedom for people to gather in groups. They have their own beliefs, ideas and opinions. People also have the right to express their opinions in public.

Separation of Powers
The executive, legislative and judicial branches of the government should be separate institutions so no branch has all of the power.

Patriotism
The people or citizens show a love and devotion for their country and values.

Federalism
The states and the federal government share power as outlined by the constitution.

  • A progressive tax system to provide more services and reduce economic inequality by making sure that the wealthiest Americans pay the highest amount in taxes.
  • More government spending on social services, higher minimum wages, social security, health care, public education, and public housing.
  • Infrastructure development and government sponsored employment programs to achieve economic development and job creation, while stimulating private sector job creation.
  • Egalitarianism and social equality through liberalism, voting rights and minority rights, including LGBT rights, multiculturalism, and religious secularism.
  • Upholding civil rights, which affect ethnic and racial minorities and includes voting rights, equal opportunity, and racial equality.
  • Equality of outcome for all Americans regardless of sex, age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, creed, or national origin.
  • Prohibiting discrimination against people based on physical or mental disability.
  • Various gun control measures.

12 October 2019 - SAPD Corruption.
After a two hour long incident involving three corrupt SAPD members (Layla Jennings, Luther Kingston and Chester Campbell), we have terminated Head of Security and SAPD detective Layla Jennings' position from the Los Santos Democratic Party. The futile attempt made by the three corrupt officers to sabotage the Party Leader's reputation will not be taken lightly. A full report including all details of the incident, attached with a recorded conversation and dashcam footage, has been e-mailed to Police Commissioner Andrew Banks. We are currently awaiting for the results of a thorough investigation. SanTV will also receive a similar e-mail from us this week and will be encouraged to terminate Luther's position within their company should they wish to continue working with us throughout our campaign and after the election period. We hope for full co-operation and that the right decisions are made by both the SAPD and SanTV for the future of a brighter state as we continue to fight against corruption. Notorious criminals kidnap the Governor and an FBI Special Agent

22 October 2019 - Governor held to ransom.
An old friend of the Governor had recently got out of jail after serving time away due to an escalated altercation between the two which lead to the man's arrest. Left with a bitter taste in his mouth, Leonardo of the Sforza family saw an opportunity to get even with the Governor and with hopes to receive a hefty payday in the form of a ransom by negotiating with the state's law enforcement despite being told he would not be negotiated with.

The kidnapping took place near the LSDP office in Temple where Leonardo forcefully restrained the Governor and took her captive. FBI Special Agent Whilk Collin arrived on the scene moments after as he was already on his way to meet the Governor but found himself ambushed by other criminals who Leonardo contacted through his CB Radio to meet him at the scene of the crime. The two were taken out to a farm in Red County where Leonardo began to negotiate the two persons' release with the SAPD. They asked for a ransom of $1,000,000 to be paid.

The criminals began to secure the perimeter of the farm leaving just one of the men in the farmhouse to keep watch on the Governor and Special Agent who revealed himself to the two captives as the brother of an SAPD Officer, and made them aware that he was going to do what he could to help them.

SAPD arrived at the farm at the perfect time and attempted to surround the scattered criminals outside the farmhouse. Seeing they were massively outnumbered, some of the criminals panicked and got in their vehicles to escape. Some were lucky enough to get away thanks to their criminal associates who had the courage to stand their ground and open firefight with the SAPD Officers, though some of the criminals were shot dead during the shootout and others were detained and arrested including Leonardo Sforza who now currently awaits a trial in court for committing federal crimes.

The Governor and FBI Special Agent returned to the Los Santos Police Department to debrief and issue official statements of the incident. More information will be released on this situation in the coming weeks.
