Occupation: Driver.
Not much is known about Kowalski. Last name unknown, other particulars, also unknown. All that's known about Kowalski is that he's a benzedrine addicted driver for hire. His main vehicle is a 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T with a supercharged 440 Magnum engine.
Kowalski is a former stock car and motorcycle racer, having sustained injuries in a crash caused by some dumbass who couldn't control his vehicle, running Kowalski off the road. Kowalski is also a former army Sergeant, honorably discharged after receiving a medal for Bravery in Battle and having been wounded. His service in the San Andreas Police Department spanned over a period of time, having been promoted, demoted and eventually discharged.
Kowalski is now addicted to speed (benzedrine). He's a delivery driver for the San Andreas Car Delivery service, a service driving cars from dealerships to their owners. Kowalski has been known to drive recklessly, yet fast. He speeds around San Andreas hoping to be free.
