IIRC, managers can't ban on forum.

if u take a look at the reasons why the players react like that u will find out that its because of a personal prob with staff or bad action/treatment  from the staff
For exemple a staff abuse  smth and the players are aware that "form report" is USELESS / will be ignored
so its normal they rage like this and start to insult/rulebreak

anyway u better take a look into this
instead of Locked topics , ignoring , giving orders , and banning the remaining players!

It isn't always about staff, players argue with eachother and have terrible attitude towards eachother for god knows how many reasons. This isn't some kind of a "rebellious" argument it is rather something related to Jovamca himself and what he did to other players (staff are players too, the more you know right?). I am not aware of the exact story or the reason for his ban so I'll leave that for someone else to highlight.

I'm glad that people got involved in the manner, both about the staff issue & the case with Jovanca.

Gobii what you say does make sense, but just take the fact that i went inactive and said i will be inactive untill bas is gone, into consideration. Exactly because i wanted to avoid saying or doing something that might get me banned.
 
I got banned plenty of times before, if anyone deserves a permanent ban from samp that's me. But knowing i am on thin ice, i decided to do everything i can to avoid such things from happening. What happened between Bas and me was personal and didn't happen in game or on forum. I made sure not to break any rules in game or on forum. Yet he abused his power to ban me (and again the reason for the ban is invalid)

I understand your concern(s), I will try re-build a better system of how to handle the report-system on the forum. Currently and there has never been any guidelines on how to process the reports that have been input on the forum. Which has been a problem in the past and in the current state. I will look into this.

Also, staff is also players, you probably heard this two million times by now, but it's actually important to point out, because it's the truth. Staff shouldn't be above players, they should ONLY try to maintenance peace on the server. Staffs shouldn't be online to punish people just because they can or to fill the non-existing fantasy 'quota' about warns/kicks/bans.
Once we got a steady developer team ready, we will bring changes to the server, for both players and the staff-system!  (and we are on a good way to make that happen, hopefully!)

i really have no idea how you see me as the 'key guy' to split the last hq. All i did was say i am leaving the server untill Bas is gone, and once i heard he resigned i came back and said 'i won bas lost'. Is that provocative? Yes it is, but it was in the same manner Bas  had when talking to me. That line ( i won bas lost) was obviously stated reason when banning me, even though it was said on discord and i had not logged in game 2 weeks prior to that.

Either way, mate, after all this i'm not even sure i will log in game ever again. Over the years i put a lot of effort to make argo samp better. i did fuck up every now and then when people were shitting on the  effort i made, yes, but i guess i was a fool to expect more of an appreciation than a permanent denial, while nobody will even tell me why i'm actually banned at all.

Instead of making it public with jov's ban (outside of the unban request) you should all take a deep breath, hop in a private call/chat and talk about what went wrong, why it went wrong, if something should go wrong again what actions should be taken to avoid such a situation from presenting itself again. or you could go back and forth about who's right and who's wrong and see where that goes.

Don't mind me, just my thoughts on this type of subject. (communication between eachother with no background provocation/derailing can go a long way)

EDIT:: I saw something about the forum report system, From experience i can tell you with all the flood of PM's topic's etc a manager+ has to handle they often get forgotten/missed, correct me if im wrong but there is a public panel now yes? - Might be worth making a report system there since i know each and every staff member is always on the panel

So the report function may be overlooked due to the overload of work a manager+ has, oh I guess ignoring people can also be put that way. Ignore the players and I am telling you this for years, this is the toxicity you will get. To be on topic: For now Panel development is halted, so we will have a look on the forum report function. I will take a look today to see what i can do to make it easier for hq to take a look and handle them.

If your nickname is [GSF]badboyhia I'd like to express my own opinion about your post and overall behavior of yours too.

Anything you pretty much mention is totally false. Yes there can be abusive staff/HQ at times but that's definitely not the case with you. If anything it's the exact opposite.
You should have been banned from the SAMP server quite a while ago for constantly annoying players by refusing to RP and finding the smallest excuse to freeze during a scene. You have your own RP rules and it's your way or no way. I feel mistreated and scammed on multiple scenes when you have ruined everyones fun multiple times and only ended up with a verbal warning.

So yeah.. I'd not take into account whatever you have to say about staff or HQ for that matter. You should be thankful instead you are not on the unban section on a constant basis to be brutally honest.
You are also the prime example of why a dedicated staff member gets fed up at some point and just says fuck it I'm out.
