I had 0 regrets with that one haha, but thought I wouldn't waste new HQ's time with an unban request in regards to such a dumb move. So I was nice enough to lift it. but yeah I'll stop replying here to avoid further shitstorms. It is no longer my responsibility to deal with these things

We are community and should strive to be one, not a divided one. Not a community that should be abused by a few people in a manner that continue to happen again and again. It's not the first time Jovanca got banned for anger issues and toxic behavior. When he believe he's right, he takes all the chances to provide it, in his own way, in a way that causes deatchmatcing, trolling, attacking fellow player verbally.

If people don't want to build a community together, then go away and play a single player game or something.. Don't disrupt and attack other people.

Jovanca is a nice person, I don't doubt that, but whenever his issues comes back I know that he will be on the same level as he have been on the server before(he have been banned more than 8 times for the same reason). Therefor the contract between him and Argonath ends now and I'm willing to do so with any other player that follow his path or disrupt the server.

He is not a saint but nor is your management. Banning people from the server because of an argument that they had on the Discord and then proceed to claim it as a victory just to troll around is not a "Lead by example" behaviour that your staff should have.

This we're criticizing, jov's behaviour in the past sure doesn't help but in this case it wasn't the reason that got him banned.
And i'm defending this cause i got the same treatment by the same guy who wasn't supposed to have access to an account with power.

In different times, this would've lead to a COMMUNITY ban. But i guess we're in a very weird era now.

Gobii what you say does make sense, but just take the fact that i went inactive and said i will be inactive untill bas is gone, into consideration. Exactly because i wanted to avoid saying or doing something that might get me banned.
 
I got banned plenty of times before, if anyone deserves a permanent ban from samp that's me. But knowing i am on thin ice, i decided to do everything i can to avoid such things from happening. What happened between Bas and me was personal and didn't happen in game or on forum. I made sure not to break any rules in game or on forum. Yet he abused his power to ban me (and again the reason for the ban is invalid)

While this thread may have been posted based on something said in my unban request, the  rest of discussion shouldn't go in the same direction as this is actually an important topic and shouldn't be derailed like this.
