Discharge of a San Andreas Police Department officer.

Directing the San Andreas Police Department,

Upon a governmental investigation conducted by the State of San Andreas Government, it has been concluded that Chester Campbell, Captain of the San Andreas Police Department has breached his sworn oath and has failed to uphold the standards required to serve in the San Andreas Police Department. The outcome of this investigation was determined with basis on the following infringements committed by Mr. Campbell:

• Failure to conduct himself in a professional manner when on active duty.
• Causing harassment to citizens, placing them under scrutiny without a valid reason to do so.
• Failure to provide correct information based on constitutional laws to the citizens of San Andreas upon request.
• Failure to follow protocol regarding investigations into arrests on citizens.
• Abusing his SAPD rank to give direct orders in breach of the constitution.
• Misusing government resources for his personal use.
• Failure to follow protocol regarding making accurate reports to high ranking officials within the SAPD.

As such, by the power invested in me as the Governor of the State of San Andreas, this administrative order instructs the San Andreas Police Department to discharge Mr. Campbell from the Department, revoking his badge and sidearm. With immediate effect.
