• Changed /L, /OOC, /me and /em ranges to 30

• Changed /mic range to 60
• Increased maximum blackjack bet from $10,000 to $100,000.
• Decreased daily login bonus from $5,000 to $100.
• Changed the spawn options when someone dies.
• You can now spawn on apartments when you login.
• You cannot spawn at businesses, at job or event anymore.
• Pay N Spray checkpoint marker distance has been reduced by 50%.
• Pay N Spray stock price has been increased from $50 to $100 per each.
• Changed apartments' pickup id to an orange/yellow pickup.
