History of Shelby:

The Shelby Family is a small and wealthy family originating from Rodeo, San Andreas. While a small family, their influence is large and extends over a large portion of San Andreas. The Shelby Family run the Peaky Blinders and their own company, Shelby Company Limited, located at Ocean Docks.
As a wealthy family, the Shelby's own many cars, homes and properties such as The Garrison, the family bistro, the local public Residence located at Rodeo.
Through the marriage of John Shelby and Selina Shelby, the Shelby Family are closely linked with the gypsy Lee Family.
With an unknown leader of the family, the Shelby's act with personal meetings ending over on votes to decide further moves of the family.

History of the Peaky Blinders:

Peaky Blinders is a gangster epic family set in Rodeo, Los Santos
The group, which grew out of the harsh economic deprivations of working class Britain, is composed largely of young men of lower to middle-classes.
They derived social power from robbery, violence, racketeering, illegal bookmaking and the control of gambling.
Economic hardship in San Andreas led to a violent youth subculture.
 Poor youths frequently robbed and pickpocketed men walking on the streets of Rodeo. These efforts were executed through assaults, beatings, stabbings, and manual strangulation.
Members of this gang wear a signature outfit that includes button waistcoats, silk scarves, bell-bottom trousers, leather boots, and peaked flat caps.
The gang is highly organised with its own systems of hierarchy.
The popular origin of the name Peaky Blinder is said to be derived from the gang members' practice of stitching disposable razor blades into the peaks of their flat caps which could then be used as weapons.

IG History:

Founded by Thomas and Arthur the Shelby family was an inspiration by the TV show Peaky Blinders
This two brothers who grew out of the harsh on the caravans placed at Pershing Square found a way to earn and achieve their goals!
Later decided to act in group with some local friends and neighbours who joined on their actions, becoming a wealthy group, that, is now getting recognized by anyone who sees them on the streets of San Andreas!
With a none specific leader this family decide everything with their member votes!
