PROBLEM on IV:MP, Singleplayer

Try using a different version of setup

Launch singleplayer, play the intro mission and save your game. Exit and launch the client again, see if that works.

i play both gta iv and eflc but still starting on singpleplayer

edit: eflc not working after i patch it to 1130 but the gta iv works fine wonder why hmm

Pls when u answer give a complete answer. what do u mean that u play gta iv and elf? u just open single player or u made a savegame?

try to update to 1.1.3.0

now after i patch it to 1.1.3.0
this error appear

I found this about ur error

So in summary:
1. update again to 1.1.3.0
2. if u got the 0xc0000142 error try the fix that i linked(I dont know if ur game is cracked and we wil not help with that rules , but pls check if that is the problem )
3.play single player and make a savegame.
4. try the multiplayer
5.If that dont work no worries we are moving to citizien , so u dont need eflc

i did install different set up and some common error acquired

just like so but im working on all troubleshoot ^^
i got 1.1.1.0 client and i patch it to 1.1.2.0 and this error came
