Vehicles
Replaced the old speedometer with a faster and better looking one.
As a test we are limiting the State vehicles top speed to 85%. This measure does not affect EMS, Trucks, Dinghys, PCJs and Aircraft.
Increased the EMS speed limit to 135 kph. Only affects EMS workers driving civ vehicles.
/engine now requires the vehicle to be stationary.
Included the vehicles from the Casino Heist update to the imports menu.
Business
The server is now buying stock from retail business based on its value, currently applied to restaurants, gas stations and ammunation. The goal is to extend this system to other business while requiring the owner to be active.
Clothes
Moved the skins menu to the left side of the screen allowing a better view.
Added a Shopping value text to indicate the price of clothes and skin changes.
Included the models from the Casino updated.
Crime life
Increased T.Yayo dealer buying price to $17 p/g.
New dealer: Y.Buck
This dealer allows players to exchange "Dros" for services such as starting robberies for 1 or 2 players. These robberies are quite simple and fun to do. Buck is located at the Vinewood area.
Note: this update is not supposed to make anyone rich.
Other changes
/trade now has a user interface,
Fishing and /grow were disabled for players with jobs,
F5 no longer triggers the cursor,
Adjusted the chat input to work regardless of whatever problems the RAGE:MP UI engine may have.
