Vehicle rent
Most vehicles can now be rented from 1 to 24 hours. Features:
- /carlock
- All appearance commands
- Stay spawned even if the player disconnects
- Ignores the 1 vehicle limit
/stoprent can be used to return the vehicle before the expiration time, which can be checked on /invent.
Misc
CB /area now notifies the player they are being tracked,
Added a hospital at Paleto Bay,
Increased the reliability of the interfaces.
