Removal of /area and replacement with phone tracking #discussion2

Good evening!

After checking past suggestions, I have found out that lot of people in past asked about removal of /area.

This another huge step for everyone. But I guess we can try.
My offer is:
1. Removal of /area;
2. If police knows your phone number and your phone is on, they can get your exact position. Removal of /getphone
3. Police can track your call after 20 seconds from beginning of call start.

I would like to hear your ideas and opinions. Do we need something like this or we are fine with current script.

Good idea, 20 seconds is a small amount in my opinion, id say minute or two?

I don't think that area should be fully removed + if you're using phone tracking, some players will just ignore the phone and not pick up. I think we should have a system for LEO and civilians.

Civilians (phone tracking)
- Call a certain number to track a certain phone number via satalite - /call 600? (Works the same like calling the annoymous services). Each area tracking would be $300 or something.

LEO
- In MDC, a function should be added to track down players or suspect with a exact radius within an area. To prevent abuse, each player can only request for a specific player's location every 1 minute. There's a cool down of 1 minute to prevent abuse of the system.
- If a player is a suspect, /mdcarea will track the player for 30 seconds and the cool down will be 2 minute instead of one, else it'll only be able to track once every 1 minute.
- To be fair to players with notoriety, It'll shower a bigger radius compared to "normal players without notoriety". They'll be 2 minute cool down instead of 1.

Suggestion: /area should also be available to LEO's else it'll be a hard time for them to trace a suspect estimated/rough location and FBI warrants may be harder to execute.

If /getphone is removed, I believe MDC should still keep the way it is. "Get citizen's information", should still show the player's phone number instead of removing it from the MDC too.
