Help With IMG Tool 2.0

well, i have downloaded a Modification for GTA SA SP, and i've replaced the first file, and went to do the second, but when i go to do "find" it says " '17?2' (or something like that) is a (forgot will find) number" and i just get left with a .dff file, any idea?

This IMG Tool is a clear Fog for me.I dont understand nothing,so im not risking to modify my GTA,cos it might lead exactly Nowhere.

do not "replace", "delete" old files "add" new ones which have same names

Replace works fine for me....


However, if you are reinstalling the old files you should delete, then add the originals.

I wouldn't save only some files. I have saved the GTA3.img 2 times. One time with all the mods. Omfg, it is really full of mods. and then the normal GTA3.img. I've found a forum, where the guys told me to rename the normal ones and then insert new ones. But this was wrong, because you'll loose your files at once.

backup is the best thing you can do.

And yeah, the options work fine, for me too.

lol i have about 5 san andreas folders xD
1 no mods
2 Gostown6
3 carmods and script files-its fucked up now xD
4 again with carmods but its not fuced up
5 couple skins new, i  play MP with it xD

u should get sami ( san andreas mod installer ) ...
it replaces the files, u just have to get em ( works only with carmods and special sami scripts ) ...
