Story

The organization started as a small criminal group, famous for playing stupid neighborhood games and dealing in the illicit drug trade, but at its height until about 1985, it managed to consolidate its power and control a large part of criminal activity in various Africa. African American neighborhoods throughout Philadelphia, the Delaware Valley, and South Jersey, including Atlantic City and Camden. In addition to drug smuggling, burglary, and armed robbery, Back Street has also been involved in traditional organized crime activities such as racketeering, extortion, prostitution, leveraging interest, number play and other illegal gambling rackets.
